What You Will Get

Stephen has been practicing and teaching Ericksonian hypnosis since the 1970’s, and his approach is built on a foundation of Milton Erickson’s innovative hypnotherapy skills and principles of compassion, loving kindness and non attachment.

Each day you will watch Stephen demonstrating the skills and techniques of Ericksonian hypnotherapy. You will have the chance to discuss everything that Stephen is doing as he breaks down every decision and intervention step by step. Over the period of the course, patterns will emerge, and you will learn the principals being applied. As the course progresses you will discover why Ericksonian hypnotherapy is so successful and be able to apply these skills yourself.

Who Should Attend

The course is open to hypnotherapists in training, psychotherapists and other members of the caring professions with a heart to heal and a willingness to commit to their own personal development for the benefit of others.

Qualification

You will be awarded a qualification in ‘Practical Ericksonian Hypnosis Skills and Techniques’ accredited for CPD credits from the Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.

Location etc

Course Location: The Marriott Le Meridian Hotel central Chiang Mai.

Course Dates: Monday 29 January – Friday 2 February 2024 (5 days) 9.30am – 4.30pm each day. This allows students to fly in and arrive a day before the course and leave a day after, so not missing more that a week off work. If you have time available however we recommend that you take time to also visit other parts of Thailand. January – February is the tail-end of the high season in Thailand so flights and hotels are much cheaper, which is why we have chosen this time to run the course.

Accommodation: Away Chiang Mai Spa Resort central Chiang Mai. Check-in Sunday 28 January, Check-out Saturday 3 February 2024. Accommodation is included in the price of the course. If you wish to bring a friend or family member, the hotel will accommodate two for a small additional charge. The course is a 10 minute walk from your hotel.

Things to do in Chiang Mai: Why not take advantage of your time in Thailand to explore Chiang Mai. If you intend staying on after the course you could visit the culture and crazy nightlife of Bangkok, or Phuket and the amazing beaches in the south. You could even hop over to Cambodia to visit Ankor Wat, as other countries such as Burma, Laos, Malaysia and Cambodia are only a two hour flight from Bangkok.
